A Note on How this Began

The members of Pegasus Research Consortium and John Lear met on the internet, in what was to be a very fortuitous and interesting foray into lunar anomalies. It began at Above Top Secret (ATS), a discussion forum where people come together and discuss various conspiracy theories and alien phenomenon. The format was and is more serious than most boards. There is a low tolerance for nonsense, thereby increasing the info sharing process.

On 13-9-2006 at 08:38 AM the owner of the forum posted John Lear's Moon Pictures on ATS. From that original post of the images (of amazingly high resolution), the search for anomalies was on. Had it not been for that beginning, none of this information and image collection would have come to pass.

Pegasus is in no way affiliated with ATS, however many members of our group are also members of ATS, where they share ideas and meet new, interested people. As a result of the work on these pages, we have received much information in private emails, often letters of support and donations of information, some shared and some confidential.
